Dan Duddy — coach, mentor, and motivational speaker

Dan Duddy

Dan Duddy, character formation coach and high school football coach

Dan Duddy spent decades coaching and teaching, forming young men and women into leaders. He meets people where they are, serving both religious and secular audiences. Dan believes the greatest victories happen off the scoreboard — when the will is shaped through formation.

In 1992, Dan formed WE Will. This creed exists because the world needs more than motivation — it needs formation. Today, Dan mentors and speaks to schools, parishes, teams, churches, and businesses, helping people strengthen their will and embrace character.
